I’ve worked with Toben since February of 2006. It is due to his training expertise, motivation and creative training sessions that have allowed me to reach my overall fitness and weight loss goals. I started with Toben in February, 2006. My initial goal was to begin weight bearing exercise and lose 5 to 8 pounds. I wanted to do this over a two year period so that the weight would stay off and I would become more disciplined about my eating and training. What was great was that I learned about nutrition. I had a good diet, but I was not eating enough protein. Toben calculated the protein amount for me as it was much higher because of the weight training. Over this last year , I have lost 5 pounds and 6 percent body fat. I am more than half way to my goal.

Before I started training with Toben, I was in a rut with a very out of shape body and a very negative mind. I knew that I wanted to get “back” to the way I was before I had children but my excuses were keeping me stuck. I then found Toben! I never looked back again.
